Below you will find everything you need to know about orders, returns & exchanges.

  • We cannot offer returns or exchanges on items that are made-to-order. This includes our printed products and custom jewelry.

    There are exceptions for some jewelry, which can be returned within 90 days and will be noted under the product’s additional information.

    If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at orders@sweetpoppylane.com.

  • For items that are made-to-order, refunds are only offered for damaged items or if the wrong item was received. If this applies, please contact us at orders@sweetpoppylane.com with photos and we’ll sort that out for you.

  • At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

    If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

    Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at orders@sweetpoppylane.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

  • We strive for excellent customer support and will do everything in our power to help resolve issues quickly.

    Please email us at orders@sweetpoppylane.com with your order number, photos of the damaged product, and any other relevant information.

    We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at orders@sweetpoppylane.com.

  • Production time can take 3–7 days—depending on the technique—after which it’s shipped directly to you.

    Shipping time depends on your location, but we estimate 3–4 business days after production.

    At this time we are only selling to customers in the United States and outlying territories.

    Expedited shipping is only available on select items and will appear as an option during checkout.

  • Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

    • Ask your local post office if they have your package

    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at orders@sweetpoppylane.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

  • We work with various jewelers and manufacturers with facilities worldwide!

    Most of our print-on-demand products are made or assembled in the USA while a handful may come from overseas, depending on product availability.

    All of our jewelry is manufactured either in the US or Israel.

  • An additional customs and tax fee can occur on orders shipped from an international provider. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
